Ice storm. Needed a warm, clean place to stay during power outage. Thankfully, a vacancy was available. I had to wait til 5pm for room to be cleaned, but it was worth the wait and lobby was heated. Dog friendly and the room had large refrigerator, 2 burner stove and space to place personal items. Friendly front desk staff.

I haven't stayed here so my review isn't of that. All of the staff members were over the top welcoming and helpful of us tonight, the night before Christmas Eve! We are traveling and stopped to ask if we could warm up milk for our child's bottle. They not only let us warm up her bottle but they also sent my husband back out with hot coffee and sugar on the side for me!! What a blessing! And then they let us use their bathroom which looked like it had just been cleaned. We will definitely add this to our list of places to stay if we need a spot in this location!

I’m currently displaced by the winter storm. The first room I received had a smoke smell. The staff swiftly modified my accommodations. They were kind, graceful, and incredibly professional throughout the whole transition, especially considering the mass crowd that began to flow in. I’m grateful to have found a place with such great staff at a time such as this. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this facility. -Jen♥️🙏🏽

Best place to stay for 1 night or 100. I stayed over Thanksgiving and the staff (Terry, Billie,Desiree, Lindsey and a few new ones now) we're so welcoming and understanding. That's why when I had to pick somewhere to go for a few weeks over the holidays, there was no question, to go back. Their GM Terry is amazing and has made the property so inviting. It almost feels as if you are going to your family's home to visit (just alot of rooms and family lol). They have hot cocoa nights, welcome guests to use the lobby to make memories with their families and just enjoy even the stay at your hotel. Instead of just paying for a bed in a room. Thank you guys for making our holidays easier and more comforting. Will always be a first choice of mine.

1415 Princeton place has been an ABSOLUTE lifesaver for me and my family. The staff here are so welcoming. Terry, Desiree and Adam deserve an award for TOP TIER customer service! They are truly angels and you don’t find that often. My family has been going through it with landlord and we have been here a month and they have been accommodating since day 1! Will definitely recommend to everyone 🩷‼️🙏🥰💯 they truly make you feel like you’re family here!

Really a great clean place... I'm OCD and germaphobic.... with saying that... If i'm happy you know it's gotta be good. I walk barefooted in my room and my feet stay clean. The staff here the general manager are all wonderful and a delight to talk to. And for the first time in a wood spring suite..... No cigarette smell. They work hard to make you feel like your home here. I have lived in sixteen states... And this is the best wood springs i've ever stayed at. I put three stars for location... I'm a country girl and I belong out in the woods...lol
